Our position provides hands-on training in: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Management, Fleet Management, and most importantly: People Management. These are the skill sets needed to succeed in our competitive market and we want to ensure you are well equipped to perform at your very best!

 

Your new role with The Hertz Corporation will begin as a Branch Manager Trainee. In this position you will learn about the core skills it takes to be a leader within our organization. You will also work with our customers hands on to assist them with any questions or needs they have when looking to rent a vehicle from our company. Your next step into the Management Associate role can happen as early as 13 weeks! Further launching you into the Assistant Branch Manager role and ultimately into a Branch Manager. At Hertz, we provide our employees a clearly defined career path to a Manager in as little as 12-18 months!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring positive customer experience, making Hertz #1 in car rental company experience
  • Assisting customers with their car rental needs over the phone or face to face
  • Achieving individual performance goals, customer service and branch targets
  • Upholding company standards by ensuring cars are presentable to customers

Mandatory Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum Associates Degree or related experience
  • Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience
  • Previous held Leadership roles  i.e., Campus, Community or Sports a plus
