  • General Responsibilities

    Job Purpose

    Serve as a business partner for all field related IT needs and projects in their assigned region.  This includes, but not limited to, all end-user computing, network, mobility, and project related activities.  This role is a single point of contact to provide service, solutions, project leadership/mgmt, and guidance back to our business customers.

    Major Accountabilities

    • Responsible for managing and coordinating all new field IT projects within assigned region including new openings, closures, and relocations
    • Ensures timely resolution of tickets and issues
    • Leading hotline calls for escalations and significant issues
    • Provide guidance for equipment orders and technology solutions
    • Liaison and partner to business customers for any aspect of IT

    Educational Background:

    Bachelor’s Degree minimum (prefer IT related field)


    • Basic networking and layer 1 cabling
    • PC / Windows, Office365
    • Basic construction/architectural knowledge
    • Basic understanding of wireless and mobile devices
    • Project Management experience is a must
