  • General Responsibilities

    Job Purpose

    1. Complete work assigned in an effective and efficient manner.
    2. Ensure compliance with concession agreements.
    3. Assist in driving continuous process and procedural improvements.

    Key Result Areas

    1. Coordinate requests from Airports/external auditors to audit concessions and customer facility charges.
    2. Research audit requests and provide supporting documents.
    3. Act as liaison between Hertz management, Legal, and external auditors.
    4. Utilize Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAAT) whenever possible for the purpose of increasing audit efficiency and accuracy

    Mandatory Requirements

    Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a business or business related field with minimum nine hours of accounting required

    Knowledge:

    • General business principles, policies, procedures, and functions
    • Windows and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) proficiency
    • Experience in an audit/accounting/finance position

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical & organizational skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong time management skills
    • Flexibility & adaptability
    • Criminal background check required due to access to Personally Identifiable Data (PID)
