About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced media professional who is passionate about driving our deep value rental car brand to success through continual data-driven insights and delivery of results-oriented and revenue-driving digital media campaigns. The focus will be on leading all planning and buying strategies for the Thrifty brand that can successfully capture market share and improve brand identity/awareness among rental car consumers. This is a position for those who love working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and are constantly managing multiple projects with varying priorities at the same time.
- Responsible for executing Thrifty’s business objectives by leading the development and execution of Thrifty’s paid media strategy – including the appropriate media mix and tactics
- Manage media agency to develop consumer-centric omnichannel media plans that deliver on brand objectives, are inclusive of prior media performance and are measurable and optimizable
- Develops and manages relationship with media partners to ensure ongoing and successful campaign deliver and optimization
- Champion media innovation and provide thought leadership within the Thrifty team through new ways of reaching/engaging consumers, targeting, data and measurement.
- Manage the improvement of keyword generation, bid optimization, landing page resolution and testing, ad text testing, campaign management and reporting tools
- Drive revenue through proactive and continued optimization of tactics
