    QA & Automation Engineer

    Donlen, a leader in Fleet Management, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Technology team boosting growth among our growing portfolio of products.

    We are looking for talented, energetic, proactive, and passionate individuals who embrace challenges and seek effective solutions. You will be part of a multi-disciplined team tasked with building leading end features and solutions.

    Working within Agile Scrum you will be collaborating with colleagues that will guide and challenge you every day. Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for high quality software, drive for team collaboration, and methodical problem solving skills.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Interact with all members of a scrum team including product owners, designers, developers, scrum masters and end users to create test scenarios, test cases, & test plans
    • Execute functional, system, and regression tests within predefined timeframes
    • Support iterative release cycle
    • Knowledge of IT environments and modern applications development practices
    • Ability to collaborate with internal partners cross-functionally and at all levels of the business to drive high quality software
    • Must be detail-oriented and have exceptional organizational and analytical skills
    • Be an advocate of quality making effective recommendations to drive innovation, team inspiration, and test automation

    Mandatory Requirements

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of professional QA experience.
    • Experience with development languages like Java, Javascript, XML and SQL a plus.
    • Experience with quality automation tools like Selenium and distributed testing approaches a plus
    • Experience with mobile testing, including device farm automation a plus
    • Proficient with source code management (Git preferred)
    • Familiar with Agile / SCRUM development frameworks
    • Familiar with CI/CD/CT/CR practices

    Education

    • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
