As the Production Quality Manager (PQM), you are responsible for the coaching, management, and leadership of VSA employees as well as operations. The PQM works to ensure that we are providing the highest level of quality utilizing the most efficient methods for preparing cars. The PQM helps make sure that everyone in Vehicle Service consistently executes Hertz’s rigorous vehicle preparation process so that every vehicle meets Hertz’s heritage of vehicle safety and quality. The PQM completes quality audits of the fleet as well as standard work audits utilizing the Akkroo application. PQM works closely with our third party vendor and the Ultimate Choice Lot Manager to successfully implement the replenishment model. PQM will work closely with the Value Stream Leader VSA/IR to maintain accurate metrics and to utilize them for the continuous improvement of the VSA operations.

- The primary mission of the Director of Product Development is to lead and deliver innovation that will meet shifting transportation needs. The director will oversee creating new business models and product innovations and is expected to deliver a revenue pipeline worth $1Billion over the next 3 years.
General Responsibilities
- Define, in partnership with the Sponsor, the overall methodology and governance for the Program, divided into the following basic steps: discovery, idea generation and prioritization, validation through fast experimentation, iteration, improvement and launch at scale of the most promising idea.
- Research customer needs and pain-points leveraging existing research and custom-designed reports.
- Design, organize and lead brainstorming and ideation sessions and extract actionable conclusions from them.

The Transportation Specialist is an essential member of the Hertz Local Edition team. As a brand ambassador, the Transportation Specialist will be facilitating the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience to Lyft and/or Uber drivers
- Effectively communicate the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and Procedures.
- Provide assistance creating a rental car reservation, processing rentals and providing clean and safe vehicles to our customers.
- Ensure optimal operational efficacies to provide customers the best rental car experience
- Work in a fast paced environment, while providing helpful customer service that enhances the customer’s rental experience.
- Answer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, rental requirements, billing, rental car extensions, roadside assistance questions and more.
- Maximize revenue opportunities with customers by actively soliciting business after customer inquiry by overcoming customer objections.

The Operations Administration Manager plays a key role in assisting the site leadership team to efficiently function in their assigned roles while still meeting the day-to-day administrative obligations for the site. Additionally, this role serves as a back-up to the functional managers on an as needed basis.
The Operations Administration Manager (OAM) will work closely with a wide variety of managers and leaders on-site to handle and manage a wide variety of administrative activities. These administrative management duties include:
- Ensuring accurately processing payroll,
- Managing headcount
- Manage vacations, shift bid process, compliance reports, aging reports, rental processing, cash log, and daily report management.
- In addition to processing these reports the OAM serves as the approving manager verifying accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reports.
- Additionally, the OAM will order supplies for operations including VSA and manage the uniform ordering process.
- The OAM works on complex inquiries and must-see issues through to resolution while paying attention to details and accuracy.

- You'll be responsible for vehicle preparation to ensure vehicle is ready for customer pick-up.
- Drive and park vehicles on-lot as needed.
- Check for vehicle damage and ensure features of the vehicles are operational.
- Check vehicle status. (rentable/non-rentable)
- Ensure interior of vehicle is clean. (windows, door jams, trunk, vacuum, etc)
- Fill gasoline tank and check fill levels of all fluids
- Clean the exterior of vehicle. (debug and wash)
- Meet processing and standardization quotas.
