As a Lot Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide variety of assignments, including: - Maintain rental vehicle lot organization - Correct vehicle assignment to ensure vehicle is ready for customer pick-up - Process customer service for vehicle pickups and returns - Drive and park vehicles as needed - Maintain pre-wash area supplies - Ensure interior of vehicle is clean (windows, door jams, trunk, vacuum, etc) - Marking cars with “hats” indicating appropriate fleet status - Searching for vehicles that are needed to be located - Moving vehicles on the lot to keep organized - Marking vehicles to assist the maintenance team - Perform related tasks as directed by Managers - Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
